One of the benefits of having acreage is that there is space for lots of planting beds, fruit trees and our favorite-blueberry bushes, even better mature blueberry bushes. We have three bushes that line the edge of our planter boxes and with all the warm weather we have been having we have lots of blueberries to enjoy. This has translated into lots of blueberry treats in our house including blueberry pie, blueberry pancakes, blueberry coffee cake and of course our fav, blueberries with ice cream.
